SMS Terms of Service
These SMS Terms of Service (the “SMS Terms”) govern your receipt of text (SMS) messages from Forensic Neurosciences LLC (d/b/a Forensic Neurosciences, “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile telephone number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact or referral form, you are giving express written consent to receive text messages from us on the terms described below.
1. Types of Messages You May Receive
If you opt in, you consent to receive informational and conversational SMS messages from Forensic Neurosciences, including:
- Replies and follow-up regarding your inquiry, referral, or IME request
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling changes
- Status updates on an open evaluation or expert engagement
- Administrative messages reasonably related to an active matter
We do not send promotional, marketing, or bulk advertising text messages.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the nature of your matter and may include multiple messages per week during active scheduling or evaluation periods.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan and carrier. Forensic Neurosciences does not charge for SMS messages; any charges are imposed by your carrier. Please contact your carrier for pricing information.
4. Opt-Out: Reply STOP
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to any message you receive from us. After you send the message “ STOP ” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to re-subscribe, sign up again through the contact form and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
5. Help: Reply HELP
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply “HELP” to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at team@fn-neuro.com or (678) 648-2288.
6. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and most other major US carriers. Messages sent to landline numbers may not be delivered.
7. Privacy
Your mobile information, including your phone number and SMS opt-in consent, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may revise these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
